Our dine-in facilities consist of two floors. Upstairs you can watch the pizzaiolos make your pizzas from scratch and enjoy the theatre of the wood stone oven, or if you prefer more privacy you can choose to dine downstairs. Enjoy the vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere of our restaurant whilst you tuck into the finest pizza available outside of Naples.

Have your hot pizza delivered to you by our staff who scoot around town on Piaggio scooters. It’s the Italian experience delivered straight to your home. We deliver delicious Morelli Zorelli pizzas straight to you in sizes up to 20 inches. We have a 3 mile delivery radius, so cover a large portion of the city. You can order online or via phone.

We offer pizza that tastes like its from the heart of Naples, with a bit of Brighton's flair. This starts with our ingredients...
SOURDOUGH
Our sourdough is made daily on the premises using the finest 00 Caputo flour from Napoli.
MOZZARELLA
We use fior di latte mozarrella for a smooth and creamy cheese, which melts perfectly onto our bases.
OBSESSIVELY SOURCED TOPPINGS
From tomatoes sourced Naples to meatballs from the Brighton Sausage Company, we only choose the best.

PROOFING
Our sourdough is fermented and leavened for 3 days, creating a soft and chewy pizza that's easy on the digestion.
PREPARING
Every pizza is hand-stretched and prepared by our team of Italian chefs, who've spent years in the kitchens of Naples perfecting their pizza.
COOKING
We use a traditional wood flame oven, cooking pizzas within 90 seconds, ensuring that they maintain their freshness and are full of flavour.

Vegan eating at Morelli Zorelli
We provide a full vegan menu, from sides to desserts. We have over 10 vegan pizzas, ranging from Italian classics to those using mock meats. We also provide two vegan cheeses - Cheezly and Veganic. In addition, we've carefully sourced wines and beers that are vegan-friendly.
Gluten-free
We provide Venice Bakery pizza bases with any pizza, and gluten-free pizzas are cooked separately on a raised pizza tray, preventing cross-contamination. We also provide a range of gluten-free beers from companies such as BrewDog. We ensure our menu is well-labelled too.
